Kevin, Natalie and Mariah are freaking out because they’re being called to testify in the Passkey lawsuit. Kevin demands to know how Billy plans to get them all out of this, to which he replies, “Simple concept — you lie.” Will they go along with his dangerous plan?

Meanwhile, Summer is upset at being dragged into this lawsuit herself. Nick assures his daughter she simply has to tell the truth, but Summer is furious at being made to incriminate her own mother!

And Abby is not happy to see Hilary at the office, warning her, “You’d better run. Fast. Before I take you down myself.” But Hilary isn’t about to back down without a fight — will Abby regret making her an enemy?
