THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Preview — Hilary Plots to Take Over Genoa City!

There’s trouble ahead on today’s episode of THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS!

Hilary declares her intention to “run this town,” but Devon looks more than a little concerned. Is she overreaching, or could Hilary actually become a power player in Genoa City?

Victoria pays her father another visit in prison to convince Victor that she’s trying to help him. But the cocked eyebrow he gives in response would seem to indicate he’s still not on board with her running the company. Can she get through to him?

Meanwhile, Billy and Phyllis are surprised to answer the door and find a cop looking for him. What were they doing together, and why does Billy look so guilty when he sees the officer?
