The Young and The Restless Spoilers — Simon Threatens Chelsea's Son!

Trouble is brewing in these THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS spoilers! Theo is officially a part of the Abbott family, but not everyone is ready to welcome him with open arms. And as Simon pressures Chelsea for his money, he makes a move that changes everything!

After the DNA test confirmed that Theo is Dina’s grandson, Jack introduces the pair. “It’s nice to meet you, Dina,” the young man says as he sits down next to her on the couch. Overcome with emotion, Dina gasps, “Did you say ‘Vanderway?'” But Kyle isn’t thrilled that his scheming old “friend” is now his cousin. “I’m supposed to put on a smile and welcome him to the family?” he asks Lola. Jack promises Kyle that he’s going to make sure Theo feels welcome, but separately, Billy warns Kyle: “Mark my words. He’s a threat.”

On a lighter note, Mariah has a surprise for Tessa. Kyle takes one look at the woman wearing headphones and a blindfold stumbling around and asks if she’s okay. “Yeah, she’s fine,” Mariah assures him. “Tessa doesn’t know it yet, but she’s about an hour away from having her mind blown.” What does Mariah have in store for her girlfriend?

Simon wants his money back and he’s not wasting any time. “You have 24 hours,” he warns Chelsea, “to give me the money your dearly-departed husband owed me.” And later, seeing how distracted her partner is, Abby grows concerned. “Please tell me there’s not trouble brewing,” she frets. Chelsea puts on an air of confidence and reassures her. “Let me handle it, Abby,” she insists. But things escalate as Simon threatens not only Chelsea, but her son. “You stole from me, Chelsea,” he reminds her, pulling out his cell phone and showing her a photograph of Connor he took. “I will do the unthinkable,” Simon later promises her. But the criminal may be the one in danger. “He threatened Connor,” Chelsea declares. “So now? He burns.”
