Despite Michael trying to talk him out of it, Kevin takes Chloe out to The Top of the Tower to wine her and dine her… and pop the question! He pulls out the jewelry box and opens it to reveal a beautiful diamond ring. “Chloe,” he declares, “will you marry me?” She looks from him down to the ring and looks a little unsure. This pair has been married twice before — will the third time be the charm, or is it three strikes and you’re out?

Over at the Brash & Sassy lab, Lily tries to warn her old friend, Jordan, about Hilary. “Is that what you’re worried about?” he asks. “That I’m falling for Hilary?” Lilly smiles and asks, “Well, are you?” How will Jordan respond? Could he have real feelings for Hilary? Or might he have eyes for another lovely lady?
At the coffee shop, Devon sits down with Neil to offer his father a proposition. “There is no one I would rather do this with than you,” he announces. Neil ponders the offer, but will he accept? And what does Devon have planned now?
