THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Alum Max Shippee Shows Off His Terrific Singing Voice!

Soap fans already know that Max Shippee is a talented actor from his stint as Graham Bloodworth on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS, but they may be surprised to know that he’s also quite a singer! “It’s a hack job, but it’s a start,” he teased of a video he posted to Instagram. “Trying to get back into my voice. Maybe I can use Instagram to keep me accountable. A little love for a Monday evening. I’m not India Carney, but you gotta start somewhere!”

Shippee’s quick clip of himself playing the piano and singing Nat King Cole’s 1965 classic “L-O-V-E” had his Instagram fans swooning, so check it out for yourself!

As the manipulative Graham, Shippee played a character Y&R fans loved to hate and were sorry to see go. Since leaving the soap, the handsome actor has gone on to appear in TV commercials, print campaign, and short films as well as honing his skills with some classes doing improv comedy with the Upright Citizens Brigade. While he didn’t get to share his musical side as Graham, Shippee is currently co-starring in Becoming a Hero, a live-action/stop-motion animated indie film where he will act, sing, and play the piano.

We’ll be sure to let you know as soon as more information is released about Becoming a Hero, and any other projects Shippee finds himself doing so you can be sure to catch him in action!
