Some performers study their scenes as part of the acting process, while others avoid watching themselves altogether. For THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESSSharon Case (Sharon), however, it goes both ways. “I don’t normally watch myself, except when I have scenes that are really important or poignant for some reason,” the Emmy winner admitted to Soaps In Depth. “I feel like I have had a lot of those lately!”

The actress added that she also tunes in when she’s got a new leading man, such as Jordi Vilasuso, who plays Rey. “Whenever Sharon is developing a new romantic relationship, I think it’s important to me as an actress to watch it,” Case confessed. “But otherwise I’m not watching myself. If I’m just pouring coffee at Crimson Lights, I’m not turning the TV on to watch that!”
