Now that the wedding reception is over and things are going back to normal in the Forrester mansion, Quinn takes a moment to confront Ridge about his behavior during the party. “The way you were looking at me?” she announces, shaking her head. “Don’t look at me like that again.”
Referencing the kiss they shared in San Francisco that set all of this drama into motion, Quinn argues, “It never should’ve happened.” Staring into her eyes, Ridge promises, “And it’s never gonna happen again.” But you could cut the sexual tension between these two with a knife! How much longer will they be able to resist the feelings that are clearly developing between them? Hopefully forever, because if they act on them and are found out, Brooke and Eric will never forgive them!
Learning that Brooke didn’t attend Nicole and Zende’s wedding because she wasn’t feeling well, jokes, “Poor Ridge. Had to go to the wedding all by his lonesome.” But when Bill reminds her that Ridge will cheat on her again like he always has in the past, Brooke defends her fiancé. “There is no other woman for Ridge,” she declares, “but me.” However, Bill dismisses Brooke’s claims that she and Ridge are fated to be together forever. “The only destiny I believe in,” he vows, “Is you and me.” Is Brooke starting to weaken to his charms?
