The legendary children's television show SESAME STREET is celebrating its 50th anniversary, and on their way to celebrate the occasion on THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH JAMES CORDEN, some of the series' stars got a little lost at the CBS studios and wound up on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL! Denise Richards (Shauna) was on the set of the Forrester living room with Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) and were startled by their unexpected guests! "LATE SHOW with James Corden," Richards posted on Instagram with a group photo. "Something about being interrupted as Big Bird and friends try to find their way to the LATE LATE SHOW."
In the opening to the Nov. 7 show, Big Bird, Oscar the Grouch, Cookie Monster, Grover, Bert, The Count, Elmo, and Abby Cadabby enter the CBS studios at 12:30 in the morning looking for James Corden and his show, but get a little lost along the way, playing a little PRICE IS RIGHT before wandering onto the set of B&B where Richards and Wood pretend to be confused and a little annoyed at the interruption! Check out the super-cute clip right here!
Of course, it's the actors' fault for still being on the set so late, but it's all in fun and a cute way to help SESAME STREET celebrate its anniversary. If only they'd gotten one of the Muppets into a dramatic scene with Shauna or Steffy, that would have been hilarious!
