People speculated about the true reasons behind Katie and Thorne’s decision to marry in haste, but the groom assured his apprehensive bride-to-be that he had her back and always would. When Katie flashed her engagement ring at Bill, he lost his cool, feeling more certain than ever that Thorne was trying to supplant him in Will’s life. Thorne and Katie shared their wedding plans with Will and entertained a generous offer from Eric regarding the location of the nuptials. Though Katie had another nasty run-in with her ex-husband on the eve of her wedding, Ridge interrupted and managed to further antagonize Dollar Bill. Donna and Bridget joined Brooke in supporting Katie — Logan girls unite! — prior to her walk down the aisle, and in a private moment just prior to the ceremony, Brooke voiced her concern to her sis about depriving Will of a life with his father. Though Brooke and Ridge weren’t seeing eye-to-eye about much of late, they could both agree how happy they were that their siblings had found love with one another.
Ridge Conspired
After several hostile and insult-strewn run-ins with Bill, Ridge secretly paid a visit to Judge McMullen, the man who would be presiding over Bill and Katie’s custody battle. Ridge made an unusual request of the adjudicator, with whom he went way back. Despite their history, the judge didn’t exactly show his cards to his old friend regarding his course of action. Ridge later wondered whether the judge would honor his special request. Brooke was dismayed over the fact that Ridge was interjecting himself into the custody battle, but she failed to divulge to her hubby that she, too, had had several clandestine meetings with Bill – including one that ended in a kiss!

Drama in the Courtroom
Wyatt and Liam couldn’t help but privately deliberate over whether Thorne or Bill would ultimately be a better father to their baby brother, Will. They differed in opinion, with Wyatt still feeling that their dad’s heart was in the right place — even if he routinely failed to show it. When their dad tried to curry his grown sons’ favor in the hopes that they would testify on his behalf, each felt somewhat conflicted. Ridge was stunned to discover that Bill’s lawyer, Justin, planned on subpoenaing Brooke to testify! When the custody battle got underway, husbands, wives, lovers, and siblings all found themselves on opposing sides as the testimony unfolded. Carter and Justin put their legal prowess front-and-center, each hoping the judge would ultimately side with their client. Back at Forrester Creations, Hope and Steffy waited and wondered about how Liam and Wyatt were holding up through this ordeal. Wyatt, Brooke, and Bill each took the stand in turn to speak about why they felt Will belonged with his father.
Xander Was Tapped to Model
Sally’s efforts at advancing her career paid off when Steffy, after perusing the redhead’s lingerie designs, said she’d love to include them in the Intimates collection. The two women got a flash of inspiration when they had an accidental run-in with Xander, an encounter that gave them an eyeful of everything the Brit, ahem, had to offer! Steffy hired him to be one of the models for the collection. The ever-flirtatious Zoe continued her seductive ploys with Xander once she discovered how his new modeling job came to be.
