Teen Sitcom Star To Guest On Y&R

Dennis Haskins — known to twenty- and thirtysomethings everywhere as Principal Belding from the 1990s teen sitcom SAVED BY THE BELL — will guest star on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS this Friday, July 13, playing a priest.

Visiting Genoa City won’t be Haskins’ first foray into the world of daytime television. In May 2010, he played exterminator Mack on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, teaming up with Pam for one of her pranks against Donna.

In other celebrity stunt casting news, comedienne Brett Butler returns as Paul’s next-door neighbor, Beth, for two additional episodes on Thursday, July 26, and Friday, July 27.
