Days of Our Lives Spoilers — Is Marlena Going to Die?

Sami’s return has stirred up nothing but trouble in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers! Secrets are being revealed, and as one person fights for their life, more lives are still in danger! You do not want to miss this one!

After interrupting John and Marlena’s wedding, a drugged and disheveled Sami removed Susan’s disguise to reveal her as Kristen DiMera! And Kristen got her wish to see the wedding ruined when it was revealed Marlena had been shot! Now, Marlena is in the hospital fighting to survive as her family prays for a miracle. “She is fighting for her life because of you!” Belle cries.

Sami also has to face what she did the last time she was in Salem. She pays a visit to Hope’s office at the police station to come clean. “I slept with the man that you love,” Sami admits. Hope and Rafe had finally just gotten over the damage Sami did the last time around, and now she’s back reopening old wounds. “All you ever care about is you!” Hope yells angrily.

Also this week, Belle flies into a rage and slaps Sami across the face, Hope finds Rafe unconscious on the floor, and when someone holds a gun to Sami’s chest, they soon find themselves being tackled by another person and then both shadowy figures go flying out the window! Brady, Eve, and Sami race to the shattered window to look down in horror. Who will survive the deadly fall?
