Best wishes to Amelia Heinle, who turns 42 today!
The actress launched her soap career as Steffi Brewster on LOVING in 1993, continuing to play the character for the first two months of the soap’s spin-off, THE CITY, at the end of 1995. After appearing in a number of movies, Heinle returned to daytime as Mia Saunders on ALL MY CHILDREN in 2001. However, in 2004, she opted not to renew her contract with the soap and moved on.
That led Heinle to join THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS in 2005, taking over the role of Victoria Newman from Heather Tom. She has won two Daytime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Supporting Actress for Y&R, in 2014 and again in 2015.
