Y&R's Loren Lott Got a Surprise Kiss From Crush Shemar Moore!

It’s no surprise that Loren Lott (Ana) would have a crush on Shemar Moore — who wouldn’t? — but she got quite the surprise when he returned to play Malcolm on THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS for a few episodes centered around Neil’s funeral. “As many of you may know, Shemar Moore is my biggest celebrity crush,” Lott confessed on Instagram. “So my TV brother, Bryton James (Devon) told him that I loved him and to mess with me.”

So while everything was professional while the actors taped the episode, Moore hadn’t forgotten what James had told him and saved the best for last! “At the end of the day I asked for a picture,” Lott revealed. “He picked me up in his arms and took pictures with me, then he put me down and planted one on me. Strictly to mess with me while Bryton took pictures!”

It was like a dream come true for the actress/singer, and she didn’t really mind being messed with by James and Moore at all! “It was hilarious and I totally died,” Lott chuckled. “Imagine your celebrity crush kissing you! Everyone behind the scenes was watching and they laughed and called me Miss Moore for the next like, two days. Anyway, my life was made and Shemar was actually so cool and getting to see him act live and sing for him was great. He’s so good. Especially to push through the way he did. I was grateful that even with all the tears we all still found a way to have a good time! Good one, Bryton! I love you forever!”
