Y&R's Jason Thompson Celebrates His Daughter's First Birthday

Time flies when you’re having fun, and THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS star Jason Thompson (Billy) can’t believe that his daughter, Rome Coco, is already a year old! Born on Sept. 20, 2017, this beautiful little angel immediately stole her daddy’s heart. “One year,” the actor marveled on Instagram. “In my life, I’ve never felt a year go by so quickly. I’ve also never had a year filled with as much love. And as much challenge.

“It only took me ’til about the mid-afternoon, 365 days ago to realize that I didn’t really remember life before our sweet Rome Coco,” Thompson continued. “She’s a force. She’s vocal. She doesn’t let her brother get away with much. She lets you know what she wants and when she wants it. She is strong. She’s got the sweetness and grace of her mother, thankfully. She’s my little girl. She’s our little girl. And the love that I see between her and her brother, Bowie, will forever fill me.”

The actor, who found fame as Dr. Patrick Drake on ABC soap GENERAL HOSPITAL, has quite a beautiful family in wife Paloma and two-year-old Bowie — as well as little Rome Coco — and he’s not going to take any of it for granted. “It does go quick, as everyone says,” Thompson admitted. “Sometimes that’s painfully true. And some days it’s painfully slow. Some days you just try to get to bedtime so you can breathe again. But the moments, so many small moments that I will forever remember, and forever feel. Rome Coco lights it up. And I will always fan her flames. Happy Birthday, sweet girl.”
