THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL Spoilers 9/28/18 — Katie and Bill Go to War!

Editor’s Note: Due to the nationally televised Supreme Court hearings, this episode, originally scheduled to air on Thursday, is now airing on Friday, Sept. 28.

Katie and Bill finally go before the judge in these THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL spoilers, but when everyone has had their say, who will the judge decide should have custody of their son, Will? And just how ugly will the proceedings get?

Katie would seem to have the stronger case, having recently gotten married to Thorne and therefore able to provide Will with a stable home environment. Add to that the fact that Bill has been a neglectful father lately, and she seems to have the upper hand going into this hearing. “For the better part of a year,” argues Carter, “Mr. Spencer failed in meeting his joint custody obligations.” But is that a strong enough argument to strip Bill of custody of his son?

As Judge McMullen sits behind his desk listening to the testimony, Justin offers up his opening arguments defending Bill. “Does anyone really believe that the solution is to strip the boy’s father from his life?” the attorney asks as Bill sits quietly beside him. Ridge has tried to put the screws to the judge, pressuring him to decide to give Will to Katie no matter what happens, but will that have any effect? And everything could change when the witnesses are called, especially Bill’s surprise witness, Brooke! Stay tuned to see just how nasty things get as the custody battle unfolds.
