Ridge returned to the Forrester mansion just in time to punch out a gun-wielding Deacon and save Quinn’s life. Recovering on the floor, Deacon complains, “I don’t want to rot for the rest of my life in a jail cell.” Peeking out from her hiding place behind Ridge, Quinn hisses: “You should’ve thought of that before you tried to kill me!” Deacon is aghast. “You tried to kill me first!” he counters. But can Quinn’s past crimes really justify Deacon’s revenge?
Meanwhile, at the police station, Eric is relieved that Sheila is back behind bars, even if it’s just for violating her restraining order. “I’m very grateful to you,” he says to Lt. Baker, “that I don’t have to worry about Quinn’s safety anymore.” Eric really should get home so he can find out what’s really going on with his wife!
