SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE Pokes Fun At Soap Fans With THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS Update

SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE had a little fun with soap fans in their most recent episode!

During a Weekend Update segment, cast member Kate McKinnon came out as Deenie, an avid soap watcher, who updated host Colin Jost on the latest happenings on her favorite show while chowing down on leftover fish.

The joke is that she doesn’t really know any of the characters names, but the nicknames she gives like “Moustache Man,” “Skinny Minnie” and “Sexpot” while describing high-rise fires and people kept in boat houses perfectly describe the recent plots on CBS’ THE YOUNG & THE RESTLESS!
