Who Is Jenny on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL? — Meet Liz Trinnear!

Tags:

Jenny on THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL is a special celebrity cameo that will probably only be recognized by Canadian fans of the popular soap. The role is being played by Liz Trinnear, one of the hosts of eTALK, the entertainment news show from B&B’s Canadian broadcaster, CTV. While her appearance was originally scheduled to air on Friday, March 1, due to the Feb. 27 nationwide preemption, the episode is now going to air on Monday, March 4.

Trinnear will be playing Jenny, a Forrester Creations employee who is organizing a photo shoot with models Zoe and Xander. “I’m in a soap!” she exclaimed on Instagram. “Playing Jenny, a wardrobe assistant with a little sass. I have the utmost respect for this cast and crew who shoot roughly two episodes a day and often nail the first take. It was an honor and a privilege to spend the day on set with a cast and crew who were warm and welcoming.”

In addition to her hosting duties on eTALK, Trinnear also hosts THE LAUNCH, a CTV primetime singing talent reality show like AMERICAN IDOL or THE VOICE. She got her start as a VJ on Canada’s Much Music (like MTV), and in 2016 was named one of Toronto’s best-dressed by Toronto Life Magazine.

“Special shoutout to Canadian Jacqueline MacInnes Wood (Steffy) for being an absolute boss,” Trinnear declared, “and my scene-mates Kiara Barnes (Zoe) and Adain Bradley (Xander) for the mad support on set. Thank you to David Gregg for making the dream come to life and making the day extra-special with all of the details. Set the DVR!”
