Days of Our Lives Spoilers — Eve Takes Over!

Salem is being turned upside down in these DAYS OF OUR LIVES spoilers! Now that Jack has been elected mayor of Salem, Eve also rises to power, taking over the police department! She may not be exactly qualified for the job, but she’s not about to let that stop her!

As soon as he learned he had won the mayoral election, Jack quickly informed Hope that one of his first actions when taking office would be to fire her as police commissioner. And this week, he keeps his promise! “I’m gonna need your gun and your badge,” Eve tells Hope as Jack sits next to her on the edge of the commissioner’s desk, smirking. Eli watches solemnly as Hope hands over her badge, keeping her emotions in check so as not to give Eve any more satisfaction.

Then, once Eve is named the new police commissioner, she sets to work bringing her own version of justice to Salem, starting with a look at Ben Weston’s file! “That police department needs a shake-up,” she declares, “and I’m just the woman to do it.” And as she faces off with some of Salem’s most wanted, including Xander and Ben, everyone else should probably be nervous, too! “I’m the new commish,” Eve announces. “And we’re gonna do things my way.” But what, exactly, does she have in mind?
