Jen Lilley Stars in ‘Angel Falls: A Novel Holiday’
Get ready to see Jen Lilley (ex-Theresa, DAYS OF OUR LIVES; ex-Maxie, GENERAL HOSPITAL) in another Hallmark movie, this time for the holidays! “Baby’s first day on set!” the actress declared on Instagram sharing a photo of herself holding her beautiful two-month-old baby girl, Julie Evangeline. “Can’t wait for you all to see Angel Falls: A Novel Holiday this holiday season!”
Angel Falls: A Novel Holiday premieres on Friday, Dec. 13 at 9 p.m. ET on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries as part of their lineup of holiday films. Unfortunately, as filming has only just begun, details on the plot are scarce, but we do know that Lilley’s co-star in the film is actor Carlo Marks, who played David Peck on the Hallmark series CHESAPEAKE SHORES. And given the use of the word “novel” in the title, we’re going out on a limb and supposing that one of them is going to be playing a writer!
Angel Falls: A Novel Holiday is a loose sequel to 2017’s Hallmark holiday movie Christmas in Angel Falls which saw Rachel Boston playing Gabby, a guardian angel sent to the town of Angel Falls to revive the town’s lost Christmas spirit, and who unexpectedly found love in the process. Perhaps Lilley is playing another angel sent to help inspire someone? A writer played by Marks?
