DAYS OF OUR LIVES’ Alison Sweeney Pens New Novel
The third novel from DAYS OF OUR LIVES star Alison Sweeney (ex-Sami) is coming!
Publisher Hachette Books posted a photo of some bound galleys they’d received of the actress’ newest book, Opportunity Knocks. “We are so excited for this one,” they wrote. “Trust us, friends, you are going to love it.”
Sweeney herself replied on Twitter, “Yay! My new novel looks so pretty.”
The book centers around fledgling make-up artist Alex Cleary, who lands a dream job doing make-up for Hillary P., a culinary star with a divalicious attitude. It’s a major opportunity for Alex, but when she inadvertently violates the confidentiality clause in her contract, she’s in big trouble and on the hook for a million dollars, Alex has only 72 hours in which to squash the problem and get herself out of trouble. With the help of a Hollywood heartthrob, she plots an elaborate scheme to put things right, but time is running out!
Opportunity Knocks isn’t scheduled for release until Tuesday, April 5, but you can pre-order a copy for yourself on Amazon right now!
