Is B&B, Y&R, or DAYS on Today?

Whenever there is news coverage that takes over daytime television, fans always wonder, “Is THE BOLD & THE BEAUTIFUL, THE YOUNG AND THE RESTLESS or DAYS OF OUR LIVES on today?” Due to the widespread coverage of the House public impeachment hearings on Donald Trump, daytime programming will be affected beginning on Wednesday, Nov. 13, and Friday, Nov. 15. CBS was the first network to announce their plans to provide full coverage of the hearings, and NBC and ABC soon followed suit.

If B&B, Y&R, or DAYS is preempted nationally, the episode that would have aired will simply be bumped a day and air in the next available time slot so you won’t miss anything. If, however, the soap is only preempted in certain time zones and airs in others, then fans will have to seek it out online at CBS.com or NBC.com to stay caught up. Also, many networks will air preempted daytime programming in the overnight hours between 1-3 a.m. so check your local listings if that works better for you than watching online.

Soap fans should be used to having their favorite shows interrupted by now, but that still doesn’t make them any happier when it does happen.
